The garden has been recently restored to its original Victorian splendour, providing a beautiful wedding venue in St Andrews.
The walled garden extends to four acres, with a central fountain and many colourful herbaceous borders.
Orchard-style fruit trees abound, and a large Victorian greenhouse is home to a number of the original peach, nectarine and fig trees.
Two small out houses are adjacent to the greenhouse, and these buildings provide an ideal catering location.
The large expanse of grassland and lawns within the garden wall is suitable for a marquee of any size, and there is an attractive steep bank sewn with wild flowers.
Greenfield Marquees are Strathtyrum House's exclusive marquee provider and can erect a marquee in response to the exact requirements of the wedding party quickly, efficiently, and with minimum disturbance to the garden.
For all other requirements, Strathtyrum House has its own dedicated and professional team, who can look after all of the wedding details, from cakes to flowers, djs to outdoor catering.
There are a variety of bands and DJs available for hire in the St Andrews area - all musical tastes are catered for, from Jazz to Scottish Dance.
Strathtyrum's own bagpipes player was formerly personal the piper to Her Majesty the Queen!
